• Everyone meets at the Orchard Garden Hotel, where we will begin the day with a private tour of one of California’s first true eco-friendly hotels. Make sure to show up a few minutes early to enjoy some coffee and tea.
• The group will travel on BauersIT executive, eco-friendly coach to the next destination, Recology. Experience what makes San Francisco a leader in zero-waste by touring the facility and recycled art program.
• Enjoy a culinary art delight at Tataki Sushi and Sake Bar with a sustainable lunch and conversation with the founders.
• Experience what makes Alonzo King Lines Ballet a company that explores cultural traditions, classical ballet, and shares with audiences a profound sense of shared humanity. Attend a private company rehearsal and discussion on sustainability from a dance perspective.
• Temple Nightclub is more than an eco-conscious nightclub, but a center for 'green' education, spirituality and sustainability. Visit the rooftop garden and taste honey from the beehives, meditate in the Zenter and check out the recording studio.
• End an eco-inspiring day with a chef demonstration and dinner at the 'green' XYZ Restaurant. Relax to music of local artists and enjoy the company of guest presenters.
